Photolithography × Single-Plate Glass × High-Resolution Projection
In the demanding field of projection applications, achieving a balance between high resolution, vibrant color, and extreme heat resistance is a significant manufacturing challenge.
Hsinchuan has successfully leveraged its proprietary photolithography technology to produce high-resolution, vivid, and long-lasting full-color gobos on a single glass plate.
The images presented here are actual full-color gobos featuring 6 μm microdot structures, accompanied by unretouched projection photographs.
6 μm Microdot Structure for High-Definition Detail
Each full-color gobo image is composed of microdots approximately 6 μm in diameter. Through precise photolithographic control of pattern transfer and structural dimensions, we achieve a complete, high-resolution image. Compared to traditional manufacturing, this microdot structure significantly enhances resolution, ensuring that projected images maintain razor-sharp edges and intricate details even when enlarged.
Vivid Colors and Seamless Gradients
With masterful control over pattern accuracy and optical properties, every microdot consistently delivers its intended color performance. Whether it involves high-saturation color blocks, smooth gradients, or complex textures, the projection faithfully reproduces the original artwork with rich saturation and distinct layering.
Heat Resistant up to 300°C for High-Power Systems
Full-color gobos produced via our photolithography process offer exceptional thermal stability, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C. They are perfectly suited for high-brightness, high-wattage projection equipment. Even under prolonged exposure, image quality remains consistent, with zero fading or structural degradation.
Single-Plate Glass Design for Enhanced Reliability
Our photolithography process enables a complete full-color image on a single glass plate, eliminating the need for stacked or laminated layers. This simplified architecture reduces assembly tolerances and significantly improves stability and reliability in practical applications.
Actual Projection Showcase
All images provided are actual photographs of the gobo projections, not computer simulations or post-processed composites. From sharpness and saturation to tonal depth, these photos reflect the true, high-performance capabilities of our photolithography-based full-color gobos.
